Happy Holidays!! A Phygital Activity for Shavuot and Eid Al Fitr !
English teacher and Pedagogical coordinator Rania Walid Diab from Elsharif School in Tamra, Israel, and I, created a Genial.ly phygital learning unit about both holidays to help bridge the gap and bring us all closer together at this difficult time.

As you can see, it includes:
1. An answer Garden word cloud- this activates prior knowledge with a question about "Things I like in my holiday".
2.Vocabulary learning with Quizlet flashcards.
3. Match activity to review the vocabulary.
4. A short text about Eid Al Fitr.
5. A short text about Shavuot.
6. 4 comprehension questions about the texts. Students can get an automatic grade.
7. A short writing activity on a shared board (Padlet) and a request to upload holiday pictures.
